Didn't get your verification email?

Check spam first. If it's genuinely not arriving, log in and use Resend verification email in Settings → Account.

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password from the login page. The reset link expires after one hour and can only be used once — request a new one if it's expired.

Signed in but redirected to login?

Your session may have expired, or you changed your password recently — a password change signs out every other session on purpose. Just log in again.

Can't reach a dashboard page directly?

Pages like Dashboard, Subscription, Downloads and Settings require a VOLARI account. If you're not logged in, you'll be sent to Log in and returned to the page you wanted afterward.

Something on the site looks broken

This project is actively developed by one person. If you find a genuinely broken link or a page that doesn't work, get in touch — real reports are the fastest way for something to get fixed.

SYLRA itself isn't installed

There's no public installer yet. See Downloads — the SYLRA build becomes available once it's actually released, not before.
